Space For Me
For caregivers who know something needs to change.
Balancing caregiving with the rest of your life can put you in situations you never expected to be in, require you to make decisions you aren't prepared for, and bring up emotions that are difficult to sort through.
Space for Me is a focused 1:1 session where you can bring one caregiving situation or feeling that is taking a lot out of you.
Together, we’ll get clear on what’s happening, what you need, what can realistically change, and the practical tools that can help you follow through on what you decide.

Are You:
Carrying the mental load of caregiving—the remembering, coordinating, deciding, worrying, and always thinking about what comes next.
Feeling exhausted, frustrated, resentful, overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained.
Experiencing guilt when you take time for yourself, say no, or ask for help.
Putting your own health, needs, and plans last because something else always feels more urgent.
Replaying caregiving decisions or situations and wondering if you handled them the right way.
Knowing something needs to change, but not sure what is realistic or where to start.
Your Space
A focused one-on-one space to slow things down, look at the part of caregiving that is weighing on you most, and find a way forward.

For once, you do not have to be the one holding everything together.
The Format

You deserve support, too.
When you’re still functioning, it can be easy to tell yourself,
“I’m fine. I just have a lot going on.”
But carrying too much for too long has a cost.
A Private Space
A place to be honest about what you may not feel comfortable saying anywhere else, without worrying about how it will be received.

What Support Looks Like

A space to feel heard, seen, and supported without judgment.
Greater clarity around one caregiving situation or complex emotion that has been difficult to sort through.
Guidance to identify where something can realistically shift—whether in the situation itself or the beliefs and expectations shaping it.
One clear first step you can realistically take to shift the situation or respond differently to the emotion.
Practical tools you can use or refer back to to help you put what you decide into practice.
About Me

I’m Otanthia Williams-Brady, Nurse Practitioner, Certified Life Coach, caregiver, and host of the award-winning Making Space for Me podcast.
Through years of clinical experience and my own lived experience with family caregiving, burnout, and self-neglect, I’ve seen how easily caregivers can become so focused on keeping everything going that their own health, energy, and emotional well-being start to pay the price.
My work is rooted in this belief:
self-priority is not selfish, it is stewardship.
I believe women can care deeply about the people and responsibilities that matter to them without losing sight of the responsibility they also have to care for their own health, needs, and lives.
You can be committed without being consumed.
Frequently Asked Questions
I understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule your session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. One reschedule is allowed per session. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.
Sessions are non-refundable because your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. In a true emergency (illness, hospitalization, family emergency), email me and we’ll find a solution.
Sessions will still end at the scheduled time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and the session will not be rescheduled.
You can bring a stressful life situation, emotional overload, decision fatigue, boundary challenges, burnout-related stress, or anything that feels heavy and needs space, support, and clarity.
Space for Me is designed as a one-time private session—a place to talk through what is weighing on you and focus on what you need most right now. There is no commitment to ongoing support. If additional support options become available in the future, they will be shared separately.
This is not:
therapy or mental health treatment
crisis support (if you’re in immediate danger, please contact emergency services)
medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
an ongoing coaching commitment (unless you choose additional support later)
